Schedule a Class

2 Day Certification Class 

You need to find a place in your area that would be suitable for a class. Usually a conference room at a hotel or some type of community room works. It needs to be large enough for 12 or so tables (2 students per table and a couple of tables for Linda's stuff).  Class size is a minimum of 10 students but not more than 20. Sponsors get to take the class free.  Sponsors also need to do as much local advertising as possible through cake clubs, cake shops, etc.

We provide snacks and drinks during class. Lunch is provided each day of the 2 day class.

4 Hour Basic Class

The room size requirements are the same as the 2 day class. Some locations do not allow outside food to be brought in, but for a 4 hour class that would not be a problem. If you want to make the arrangements for a Basic Class you will be able to take the class free. Class size is a  minimum of 12 students and not more than 20.  Sponsors also need to do as much local advertising as possible through cake clubs, cake shops, etc.

We provide all materials and supplies for the students for both classes.
